Leading From The Front LLC is a fire service leadership development company built to develop better leaders at every level of the fire service.

ABOUT THE FOUNDER
Leading From The Front was founded by Deputy Chief Doug Ferrigno, a career fire service leader with more than two decades of experience and over a decade serving as both a company officer and chief officer. Doug is also a nationally published fire service author, with his leadership work featured by Firefighter Nation.
His leadership philosophy has been shaped not only by emergency operations, but by the everyday responsibility of leading people, developing officers, navigating personnel challenges, managing organizational change, and building stronger firehouse cultures.
That philosophy is simple:
