Leading From The Front LLC was founded on one simple belief. Great fire departments are built by great leaders, not just great firefighters.

Firefighters spend years developing the skills required to do the job, but leadership development is often left to rank, experience, or trial and error. Leading From The Front exists to help change that.

At the center of LFTF is the Leading From The Front Leadership Academy. The platform is updated monthly providing practical, ongoing leadership development built specifically for the fire service through on-demand leadership training, downloadable resources, and real-world scenarios focused on trust, communication, accountability, influence, culture, and interpersonal leadership.

Beyond the Academy, LFTF provides Private Coaching for individualized leadership development, Organizational Consulting to help departments strengthen their people and culture, and Speaking & Training for fire departments, conferences, associations, and professional development events.
